Patricia Arias Cabarcos is professor at Pader­born University (UPB), where she heads the IT Security group, and Principal Investigator at KASTEL. Her research interests lies at the intersection of security, privacy and human-computer inter­action. The vision is that people should not get cognitive stress, nor need to have deep tech­nical knowledge, to be able to live a secure digital life.
